Rajo, Raj, RJ, Raf

Blogging seem to be the "in-thing" these days. Ok, it has been around a while but as always I have been slow to adapt to new things. I never found the need or want to have one until Rajo, Raj, RJ, Raf came to our lives. I thought it would be a great venue to communicate to family and close friends how we're doing as first-time parents.

Rajo, Raj, RJ, and Raf is actually our 3-month old baby boy whose nickname we still haven't decided yet. His real name is Rafael Joseph. How many nicknames can you come up with that?

This is a recent photo of him. It doesn't take much to make him to smile. Sometimes I wonder if he knows we adults are so thrilled when he smiles that maybe he is taking us for a ride.

We always resisted getting him new clothes since he grows so fast and may not be able to wear all of them. But not too long ago, while cooling off on a warm Sunday at a nearby store, we saw this tiny hawaiian shirt that we couldn't resist getting for him. And yes it did fit him so well that we actually named him Hali'kapu'pu that day.

Feel free to suggest a nickname for poor Hali'kapu'pu!
